Many business owners look at their sales as a whole. Many business owners need to log sales by individual customers and how much they are spending and how often. This formula could help you identify how to increase your sales. If you look at total sales divided by the number of customers served you should be able to get an average number spent. When you get your average spent you can then put it into charts or graphs to show a visual. This will help you see what is going on inside your business.
